I am very excited to announce the start of a brand new body and mind series: “Spring into Wellness,” a 3-week body cleansing and mind regeneration program starting in April.

As early signs of spring arrive, it is a great time to think about the “rebirth” of our bodies, our minds and our overall well-being. Every day our bodies are exposed to toxins from the foods we eat, what we drink, our environment and emotional stresses of everyday life. Over time these toxins may lead to toxic overload and cause accelerated aging, weight gain, dull complexion, allergies and a weak immune system.

For these reasons it is important to provide your body with the essential nutrients and proper foods to cleanse your organs and facilitate your body’s natural detoxification.

Please join me and Renee Rogers, my good friend and Registered Dietitian, as we guide you through a 3-week program that will cleanse your body and give you the necessary tools to make reasonable life changes that are long-lasting and will allow you to regain your health, lose weight and clear your skin.

As part of the series, you will receive nutritional education, individualized eating plans, personal exercise programs and weekly small group classes.
