As hard as it can be sometimes to exercise, it is important to stay mindful during your workouts. Your breath, your form, and therefore the efficiency of your workout will be greater if you focus than if you succumb to distractions. Do you recall seeing that person on the elliptical or stationary bike enthralled in a book barely sweating? Well, if you have already made the commitment to exercise, do it right.
